Greetings Juan,
In general, mechanics are stereotyped as "sneeks". They add to the cost of a repair when additional repair is not needed. I can say that this stereotype is quite true, for the most part, as myself and others I've spoken to have experienced this. In contrast, this certainly is not the case with you and your staff.
My wife and I thank you and your staff for the integrity you all have displayed, and the excellent service you all have provided for us.
